How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within 1–3 business days. Delivery time depends on USPS or UPS, usually 3–7 days.
Do you offer tracking?
Yes! Every order includes tracking so you can monitor your package.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time.

Are your jewelry pieces nickel & lead free?
Paparazzi Accessories has publicly stated that their products are designed to be lead-free and nickel-free at the time of manufacturing.
Unique Diva Jewels Boutique does not test products independently and does not make any material, medical, or safety guarantees regarding metal content.
Customers with metal allergies, skin sensitivities, or specific material concerns should use their personal discretion before purchase.
What does “One & Done” mean?
This means we only have ONE of that item. Once it sells, it’s gone.
Will items be restocked?
Some pieces may return, but many are limited edition and won’t be restocked.

Can I combine multiple orders to save on shipping?
If your order has not shipped, email us immediately at uniquedivajewels@yahoo.com.
We will assist if timing allows, but it is not guaranteed.
I made a mistake on my order. Can I change it?
Changes must be requested within 1 hour of purchase.
Once your order is processed, it cannot be edited.

If your jewelry arrives damaged, email us within 3 days with photos and packaging.
