Shipping policy

All online orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days from the date of purchase. Once an order has been accepted by the shipping carrier, Unique Diva Jewels Boutique is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

Each order will include a tracking number so you can monitor delivery. Once tracking shows the package has been delivered to the address provided at checkout, the order is considered fulfilled and complete. Any delivery issues (including delays, theft, or misdelivery) must be resolved directly with the shipping carrier.
