Shipping Policy

All online orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days from the date of purchase.

Once an order is accepted by the shipping carrier, Unique Diva Jewels Boutique is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages.

  • Every order receives a tracking number so you can monitor delivery.

  • Once tracking shows the package has been delivered to the address provided at checkout, the order is considered fulfilled and complete.

  • Any delivery issues β€” including delays, theft, or incorrect delivery β€” must be resolved directly with the shipping carrier.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout, the customer is responsible for:

  • Paying the reshipping fee

  • Providing an updated, valid address

At Unique Diva Jewels Boutique, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges.

Damaged Items – Store Credit Only

If an item arrives damaged, you may request store credit only.

To request store credit:

  1. Email a clear photo of the damaged item and the original packaging to uniquedivajewels@yahoo.com.

  2. Requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery (based on tracking). No exceptions.

  3. In most cases, the damaged item and original packaging must be returned before store credit is issued.

    • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

    • A trackable shipping method is recommended; we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

  4. Store credit will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected.
