4. Shipping

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated.
Once your package is scanned by the carrier, we are no longer responsible for delays, lost packages, or theft.

Tracking information is provided for every order.

You are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.
Orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address cannot be refunded.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

Damaged Item Policy

If your item arrives damaged, you may request store credit only by emailing:

  3. Submission within 3 days of delivery based on tracking

Return shipping (if required) is the customer's responsibility.
